At Total Blackout Blinds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your window treatments aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard-sized products in their original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your blinds in the original shipping box, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
